"Teuto in Dialogue – back on track" on 19 February at the cultural venue Wilhalm in Harsewinkel
The city of Harsewinkel and RDC Deutschland invite you to a dialogue about the reactivation of the Teutoburger Wald Eisenbahn.
Since November 2024, the Teutoburger Wald Eisenbahn has been part of the RDC Deutschland group. The reactivation project for the Harsewinkel – Gütersloh – Verl line aims to strengthen local transport in the region. For the RDC Deutschland group, transparency, process-oriented communication, and connection to the people are essential factors for reactivating the line with all partners. For the fourth time, Marcus Ebert and Henrik Wilkening, management of the Teutoburger Wald railway, invite you to the event "Teuto in Dialogue – back on track". Together with Thomas Kiefer, head of the Construction / Municipal Enterprises department of the city of Harsewinkel, the cultural venue Wilhalm will serve as a meeting place for all interested parties. On Thursday, 19 February at 18:00, the city of Harsewinkel, along with the Teutoburger Wald railway, invites you to an information and exchange event at Dr.-Pieke-Straße 2 in Harsewinkel. "It is important for our citizens to know what measures, timelines, and costs will arise. We look forward to an evening of constructive and informative dialogue," says Thomas Kiefer, head of the Construction / Municipal Enterprises department of the city of Harsewinkel.
"The implementation of the reactivation is planned for the end of 2029; we would like to show how the project can potentially be accelerated, what measures are upcoming, and how we can ensure the best connections on and off the track with all partners," the management of the RDC Deutschland group agrees.
