Train meets large kitchen – and two worlds exchange perspectives!
In the latest episode of the TV documentary "Seitenwechsel", our train leader Edward was able to showcase his very own world – the workplace in our night train, the onboard kitchen in a few square metres, life on the rails. His counterpart: Dennis, a passionate restaurateur and operator of a Chinese restaurant with a large kitchen, Peking Duck to go, and plenty of everyday hustle and bustle. Two men, two kitchens – two vocations, both lived with passion.
