Explanation of Use

The website is designed to be used by all users without external assistance. You can access the pages via links in the content area, through the main menu, or via our sitemap. You can easily contact us via email or by phone.

Accessibility Requirements and Compliance Level

The website meets the essential requirements of the European standard EN 301 549, which mandates the WCAG 2.1 AA (soon to be WCAG 2.2 AA) in the web area (§ 4 BFSG). The website has been extensively tested and optimised for accessible use.

The four principles of accessibility apply:

Perceivable: Alternative texts, sufficient colour contrast, no exclusively colour-based indicators, scalable font
Operable: Complete keyboard control, visible focus, no blinking animations or enforced time limits without extension options
Understandable: Consistent navigation, clear language, well-structured content
Robust: Semantic HTML, ARIA roles, and compatibility with assistive technologies ensured.
