Henry Posner III is active with the RDC as a globally operating railway investment and management company that relies on bold, ambitious partnerships. The company invests in railway systems in emerging markets. As an operator, the RDC is actively involved in the USA, Latin America, Germany, France, and Belgium.
In Germany, the RDC was founded in 2009 with its headquarters in Hamburg.
